We stopped in without reservation very close to closing wanting just a small bite. The owner was warm and friendly and the food that we had was off of the charts. She didn’t have to seat us given the time and lack of reservation and we were very happy to have had the experience. Seemed to be just the owner and one waitress working. Will certainly make a reservation the next time in Madrid to ensure to more fully experience the delicious food.
A small hidden restaurant with warm service. The owner has been very friendly. There is no menu. The owner tells you at the table what dishes are available. The lemon dessert was fantastic. In general, good home cooking is offered here.
Brilliant service and such amazing tapas. We had the goat and the Tuna…. Both were amazing
Came here because of an episode on Somebody Feed Phil. The food tasted fresh and it was very unique. You can tell they take the time to make the food good. I especially liked the presentation of the dishes. I enjoyed all the dishes I ordered. Portions and pricing were reasonable too. There's no menu so I just had to order it by showing her the pictures on Google here. And because of that I didn't know the pricing (it was worth it though). It's a bit confusing because it was open but no one was inside to greet you, maybe I came at an odd time. Other than that, the owner(?) was super nice and patient with me. Had a good chat with her, super sweet!
Food was simply superb. following owner's adv, we drank Ribera del Duero Dominio Basconcillos, red wine. Definitely our lucky day. I must confess that the 2013 vintage is a unique simphony of flavours in your mouth. I do not record such reach experience since the late 80's with Muga. If you can afford it, try it. Francis Elguer
Very good food, would definitely recommend. We had the pork with potato puree, meatballs and goat. Everything was delicious!
